  I bought this to replace a twelve year old Panasonic hot water boiler. I had also previously purchased a Zojirushi rice cooker and bread maker both of which are excellent products. I was expecting the same quality. What a disappointment. The 'fit & finish' is poor and the material quality cheap and rather nasty looking. The lid does not sit squarely to the opening. The buttons feel flimsy. After two weeks use, this hot water boiler looks like it has been around longer than the old Panasonic. The water level gauge is hard to read. The kettle feels quite warm to the touch which suggests that it is poorly insulated. Overall This is not worthy of the name which Zojirushi had established with its other products. Save your money.
