  This cake pan is very handy for a large cake. When unmolded it is already on a platter! I would recommend using a nylon cutting knife (available on �鶹��) to keep non-stick coating from getting scratched. If batter is super thin it could leak out. I did not have any problem making key lime pie with a graham cracke crust & an apple cake (no leaking), but a quiche might be problematic.
