  Originally I had wrote about how great a deal this product was and how big. And while this is true, this is completely irrelevant if the product doesn't work at all after 2 days. Very unfortunate because I really liked this product. My only option is to return when in reality they could just send me a replacement plug. But judging by the other reviews, this is a common issue so I would probably just get a defective plug as a replacement anyway.
