I got my coffee machine on September 11th, and on November 1st, it stopped working. I did not expect the "magic" from the coffee machine that cost less than $100, but not for two months. The funniest thing about this experience was that customer service offered me two options: replacement or refund. I chose the refund, but then I found the refund in my account with the RESTOCKING FEE!!! Guys, are you kidding me? What a shame!! Nobody even told me about that.
