  Bought this to use with my Dr Ho TENS Machine. Works amazing, non-staining, easy to clean off skin and silicone pads of the TENS. Really helps conduct electrical current into muscle. Word of advice though - if you are used to using TENS machine without gel, scale back your setting and dial up once pads are in place. A five on bare skin is a lot less “shocking” then a five using ultrasound gel.
