  This product does what it says. I was using it for over a year and decided to stop JUST to see if I noticed a difference by NOT using it. I did. And then I was mad that I stopped. I’m back on it and this will be for life. My hair feels better, my nails are stronger and my joints don’t ache. I’m a 54 year old female. I highly recommend.
