  I was hoping to be able to use this banana powder to make banana milk but this stuff is odd and something is off about it. Upon opening the bag, its a very mild banana scent/flavour. I was expecting something more aromatic since its freeze dried bananas. As for the taste, it was also quite mild. Unsure if I will continue using this. It is made in India in case anyone was curious (not shown in the listing).
