  Another great product by ELF COSMETICS. Take good make up brush dab in powder and then dab excess of on Kleenex. Take the brush and put all over face. The powder is clear put on before applying your make up will give your make up a nice smooth finish. Would recommend to everyone. Great product and great price point.
