- Reviewed in Canada on April 6, 2023I hooked this unit up to a 2012 Kia Sportage along with a SW control interface and the ATOTO AC-HD03LR 720P Rearview Backup Camera (180掳 Wide-Angle). At first everything worked as it should and radio sounds great but soon after the problems started. First the radio reception for FM isn鈥檛 great, we soon started having CarPlay connectivity issues and a glitching/ flickering screen. Atoto sent me a file to upload to the radio which seemed to fix the glitch and for a short time the CarPlay issue. Less than a month later back to the same CapPlay issue which again I was sent another update but before I had a chance to update the radio the reverse cam stopped working. No reply back yet on this issue, it鈥檚 been a couple days with no reply. I may have to tear the car apart again and take this system out and return it if the unit won鈥檛 work correctly. If the unit actually worked as it should I鈥檓 sure it would be a decent unit but with the bugs it鈥檚 at best a 2 star and if I remove it because it keeps giving me issues 0 stars.The media could not be loaded.
So update on this review. There seems to be an issue with this unit and the customer service support has agreed to refund me for this unit. He was a great help with trying to get this unit working and when it didn鈥檛 he offered the refund. Unit was shipped back and the A6 was ordered. The A6 is also junk!! See review under A6.
