I'd been wanting an air fryer after my two granddaughters showed me how easy theirs was to use, and how good the food turned out. Not having much money coming in I had to base my choice on price along with reviews I found online. I'd not heard of this brand, but decided to take a chance. The accompanying booklet was a bit odd, but once I started cooking I was very happy with my choice. I've been using this a lot since it arrived - not only is it speedy but the food I have cooked has turned out perfectly, my favourite are the chicken drumsticks which have a crispy exterior and are beautifully cooked inside, and portions of fish which have just the right texture. I like that it has a window, and that it beeps half-way through the cooking time so you can shake the basket or turn the food over, depending on what it is. My electricity bill has decreased because I haven't been using the oven to bake things like chicken, pork chops, home-made fries, and so on. I wish I'd bought it earlier - it doesn't heat up the kitchen, gets food on the table in very quick time, and is so easy to clean. Edit to review, July 2025 - I've been very careful cleaning the inside, didn't use anything abrasive at all, don't use utensils on the interior, but today when I was rinsing it out I noticed that the interior on the bottom has peeled off in places. I am wondering if other people are having a similar problem.
