  I've never really been into olive oil, but recently I cleaned up my eating habits and stumbled across this while researching olive oil. It is admittedly expensive, so I approached it like a "once-in-a-lifetime" trial.
  
  My first taste of this was nothing short of a revelation. It has an up-front grassy, nutty, fresh scent and flavour followed by a pleasant peppery burn on the back of the throat. The flavour is hard to describe except it's like being able to taste nature. I have enjoyed replacing butter with olive oil in some dishes such as scrambled eggs, and the flavour it adds is wonderful. I enjoy it so much that on days I don't cook with the olive oil, I often savour a tablespoon of it on its own, for the health benefits.
  
  It's definitely not going to be a "one-in-a-lifetime" trial for me. I'm almost finished the first bottle and have the second one on the way.
