  Excellent price and product, much better quality seeds and price than compared to local ones where I live. The biggest thing I’ve learned from attempting to plant these last year is you MUST water them! Read the bag- I watered mine twice a day and luckily we had a few days of rain. Seeds sprouted after about 7 days. I’m blending with my current lawn to try and deter grubs. Also great for traffic or full sun areas.
