  This is my own fault, but I was purchasing the gluten free cheddar cups and I threw these in too without confirming that they aren't also gluten free. I'll pay for in an hour or so, but I thought I'd warn others in case they make the same mistake I did.
  
  Also, when they arrived, one of the packages was damaged and the powder was all over the inside of the box.
  
  They taste good though, if I wouldn't make me sick, I may have bought more.
