  Years ago had an accident that caused serious injury. After spending many years of suffering terrible pain, and hours learning what to do to relieve a good percentage of the pain. There are still times when have trouble putting one foot in front of the other to walk. THANKFULLY this cream has a menthol feeling and it truly helps to relieve my tight-painful spasms. YES, most certainly recommend this cream.
