  Its too bad we cant separate the reviews between product and seller, but I will do it here.
  
  5 stars for Caputo 00 Pizzeria flour. Love it for making Neapolitan pizza in my Ooni as well as other styles when combined with other flours.
  
  2 stars for seller. I've just received 5kg of flour and its expiration is in FOUR MONTHS. Price your stuff to sell quicker or charge less for flours closer to expiry.
