  Whether you are just getting your feet wet or taking the plunge with alcohol markers consider this set. For the beginning artist this set may be over kill. If you can't tell the difference between Napolean Blue, Prussian Blue or Marine Blue this set might not be for you. The marker body construction is of excellent quality. The carrying case is of good quality. The provided bleed thru pad for colouring on thin paper is a nice touch. I like that swatch paper was provided but I wish it had been organized by hue and saturation instead of product identifier. The set has good mix of starter skin tones but consider Ohuhu skin tone set if you are looking to capture a fuller range of human complexions. The overlap between this set and the 36 marker skin tone set is minor.
