  Well you know its hard to buy speakers on line because you can't hear them first. But I took a chance anyways having had a bought couple of Edifiers from here previously. Anyhow they arrived right now time and after hooking them up to my Prime Cable Tube Amp, it took me all of 60 seconds to decide sold! keepers! The bass is deep and powerful forcing tons of air out from the port. Mids and highs are well balanced such that I can hear cymbals clearly and crisp. The nice finish makes them look like $500 pair of boutique speakers.
  
  Edifier is a fantastic speaker company with new products getting better and better. The quality and price puts all the other speaker companies to shame! All those other company ordering charging 3 xs the price for similar sound quality and they are going by name only. Lets face it all these components are made in China and this company Edifier is above all the others. Everybody should have a set of Edifiers in their home, whether its for stereo stream or home theatre.
  
  BTW I have been collecting audiophile components for over 30 years so I know what I am talking about.
