  I absolutely love this product! And if you are a white cheddar fan (especially one who has to be gluten free like me) then you will not be disappointed. I bought this so that I could make my own white cheddar macaroni, using gf noodles, since the gluten free box version is ridiculously expensive and the noodles aren't great. It worked perfectly and was delicious and I like that you can add less or more depending on your taste preference. Also good sprinkled on popcorn! Next time I'm ordering the larger size and going to try the regular cheddar as well! Thanks Hoosier Hill for making such a good gluten free product!
