  Liked the size and its ability to help me gently shampoo my long hair (down to the scalp). You need to use a short back and forth motion, to ensure you tangle your hair ... but it does get down to the scalp and saves your fingernails (mine are soft and prone to breakage, so helpful that way). Not sure if it helps with hairloss as some claim, but I've only just got it and seems good so far. The only thing I'd wish for, is that I wish it was a bit stiffer but that's strictly my preference (hence the lower score for softness - too soft for moi).
