It鈥檚 cheap, so I suppose it鈥檚 to be expected. It鈥檚 rated up to 100 PSI but this o-ring blows out around 50. Both gauges are also measuring the same pressure so to use the 鈥淐ylinder Leakage鈥 gauge with any kind of 鈥渁ccuracy鈥 you have to set the regulator to 100 PSI which again can鈥檛 happen when the o-ring that only goes to one place, the tube that screws into the cylinder, blows out at 50-ish. It doesn鈥檛 even make sense for this piece to be threaded/removeable.
