  This was purchased in December, but we didn't install it until February. We watched a movie, then started another...10 minutes into the movie we heard a pop and the screen went blank. This DVD player no longer would play and it appeared there was not even any power to the unit. Our dvd is still in the machine and there is no hole to pop it open to even retrieve it. Literally we got 3 hours of use from it before it completely stopped! Very disappointed.
