  The unit was dead after 6 month of normal use. The support was quick in getting me a replacement one. However, the replacement was very noisy. I suspect it could die any time. Any one has similar experience?
  
  Also the self-empty does not work very well. I have to manually clean the filter after using twice, otherwise the floor will be left with string of dust. Replacing the filter, dust bag and side brush does not make any difference.
