  Given that Barbie is an icon fashion doll for young girls, this movie could hardly be for adults...think again! I heard that this movie was a blockbuster so clearly there was more to this than meets the eye. It takes place in the Barbie world where the females are dominant and the real world. Ken realizes men have power in Los Angeles, and so he causes a political upset in Barbiedom. All the main "doll" characters then have an identity crisis due to this upheaval, and have to find themselves! The result would be a spoiler. Enjoy...even my husband had fun and said it was entertaining and thought provoking. I agree. 4 stars...not 5. as it is not a classic.
