  Update: i had contacted the seller about the issues and they offered a full refund. I respect this seller for making it right. Garbage! The description indicates it has a low, high and off settings to the ringer. It has no off setting. I bought it for the flashing light indicated. Did not want sound. Cheaply made. When moving switch up and down, the lever pushes into the body of the unit. I wish I had tested it before my return period ended. Got stuck with two of them.
