- Reviewed in Canada on July 27, 2020I bought this battery to use with my Resmed AirMini for travel and camping. There are a few things I wish I knew before purchasing this:
1. This battery BARELY supports 2 nights use. After the first night more than half the lights for capacity remain on and the battery may survive the following night, but often does not.
2. You must use the Resmed Airsense 10 power adapter to charge this battery. There is no option for USB (this port is out only), or other, more compact charger, meaning travel requires you to bring the nightstand cable, even if you've invested in a more compact device (like I have).
3. All necessary cables come with the device. This was not obvious to me, which led to the costly purchase of an additional cable kit.
4. This device is exceptionally bulky for its otherwise modest capacity, but the specialized cable means that unless your alternate battery has AC 2 prong outlet on it, it is incompatible with your device.
Overall, I rate this product 3/5 stars, because when it works, it's great, but it works only okay. Considering there are no alternate options, it's pretty much a must buy if you travel or camp often and want to breathe.6 people found this helpfulReport PermalinkHelpful
