This is mostly on me, but the dimensions on the listing for the length of the pan include the handles and not the total surface area you can bake on. I bought the pan hoping that I can bake two batards at the same time. Will try this wekeend and post my results. *Update* the pan works very well! I was able to bake for batards in it no problem. I did a poor job shaping and got two differently sized batards. The pan can handle batards from a 10inch banneton that are about 700g in size.
