The shipper was on top of communication, answering all my questions and putting my mind to ease even confirming my personalization before proceeding with the order. It shipped faster than expected, and as delivered already wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper. When it was opened, everyone in the room couldn't stop complimenting the beauty of the craftsmanship. It truly is a wonderful puzzle and worth every penny.
