- Reviewed in Canada on September 15, 2024The bottom of the pan is not flat it's raised in the center so all you're cooking oil goes to the outside edge and nothing underneath what you're actually trying to cook. Only gave it two stars because the quality looks great. But nobody from Ninja has ever cooked with this pan or they would have thought to themselves, hey maybe we should make a flat pan....
