  I really enjoyed the way everything was packaged. It was very simple to setup. You just have to connect it to your wifi. You may need to download apps onto the device later on but it is very easy to navigate things to do so.
  
  I really enjoy the "voice command" button to use Alexa. Saves the trouble of slowly typing things out.
