  Got this for my 9 year old daughter, works great, no cosmetic issues. Perfect for her uses and great deal for the price. Only complaint is the OS had reached its automatic update limit (had no idea this is a thing with Chromebooks), so we couldn’t install a couple things cuz the OS wasn’t recent enough. I gather Google has decided all Chromebooks can have ten years of updates now, including expired units, but I haven’t tried sorting that out yet.
