  My doctor told me that it would be a great idea to invest in this device, as it allows me to take my EKG anytime. I choose the 6-lead one for a bit more money, but I felt it gave me so much more data that I can share with my doctor as I need to. Easy to use, very easy to set the app up on my phone. I chose not to take the monthly plan as I am getting information without all the extras the monthly plan would give. Once a day I sit down and get the app up and running and with holding the monitor with both finger and thumb and placing it on just above my knee, the unit takes a 30 second measurement and that is it. The data is being kept on the phone to be used or downloaded anytime.. You need to look after your own health and this does that.
