- Reviewed in Canada on July 23, 2023When they say "up to a pool 18' wide", this is not quite correct. What they mean is that the cover is exactly 18' long. I have an 18' wide pool, and the solar blanket fits it exactly, yet the cover only barely reaches both ends of the rolled-up blanket. It certainly does not completely cover the ends the way it is shown in the picture. I cannot get it even to reach both ends of the roll (see pictures). I would say this is for a 17' wide blanket at the most. It needs to be a minimum of 6" longer, probably a full 12" longer, to cover both ends of the blanket, as shown in the picture in the online ad. I only just received the cover, so I cannot speak to durability, it is certainly easy to use, and the Velcro strips are very useful to help keep the cover in place.
