  Lifesaver. I’m a very light sleeper, easily woken and kept awake even by light noise, as well as a shift worker. These are absolutely essential for me. These ones are smaller than the ones I usually use and they’re even more comfortable. I can barely feel them unlike typical ear plugs. Great for nightshift workers. You get quite a few ear plugs and I use each pair for a week so great value for money too
