  I use a monitor for my gaming and it's sound is bland but when I've played and watched movies with this product I quite enjoyed the experience. You don't have to use it for all audio but I do when watching movies and need to charge my headset. The keyboard itself was easy to use and didn't need to assemble anything. Just keep in mind the audio jack wiggles so don't ram the thing to the controller or there's a possibility of damaging the one piece that makes it all work. Not essential but I'm all for it.
