  There's a lot to suck out of my son's nose, so this is essential. It's easy to use and has good suction power. It's easy enough to clean (not the easiest, but not overly challenging, just don't let things dry in it).
  
  It is fairly durable, but after approximately a year of usage, it did break and I had to buy a new one.
  
  The saline drops are essential, the filters not so much.
