  It is so solid and well-balanced that, I believe, it would be tough to knock it over, if not impossible. Everything fit together well (all holes lined up perfectly), and the instructions were simple and clear so it went together very quickly and with absolutely no fuss or issues. The variable height options would cover almost any scenario. The quality of the materials it is made from, as well as the coating it is covered with, appear to be extremely high. I would recommend this product and, in fact, plan on buy a second one for a second TV.
