I have been taking collagen for some time as it helps with my joints. Normally I take a bovine collagen so this was a switch for me to try the marine collagen. For the most part it seems just as effective in that I didn't notice a decline in results after switching over to it. An added benefit is the hyaluronic acid, glutamine and biotin that is included to boost the benefits. I like that it's unflavoured so that it mixes in seamlessly with whatever I'm putting it in. Having it in a powder form to mix into a drink or pudding makes this infinitely easier to take than capsules. Since this can be especially of benefit to older folks who may have a hard time with swallowing medications, this offers a format to allow them to also benefit from the addition of collagen to their routine since they are the ones who would need it the most. I'm a senior and know that my cartilage is not what it used to be which affects my joints and mobility. The benefit of marine being the collagen source means that this would also be suitable for vegans. The powder dissolves nicely in everything I've tried it in.

A reasonable sized jar with scoop included that has about 46 servings, which is ample time to ascertain if it's benefitting you. The company has an active website and with ISURA seal boasts independent testing to verify purity and quality. Natural Factors has been around a long time and is known for quality.
