  Pros:
  ✔️ Superb installation process
  ✔️ They provide all the necessary components for setup without a C-Wire. I needed it!
  ✔️ Control options via web, mobile app, and directly on the device.
  ✔️ Effective smart sensor for monitoring any other room
  
  Cons:
  ❌ Inconsistent features / functionality across web, mobile app, and direct interface.
  ❌ No noticeable savings compared to a basic manual thermostat despite advanced features.
  
  Summary:
  The ecobee thermostat looks great both the outside appearance and UI. Absolutely elegant stuff. However, it drove me nuts with its inconsistencies when i wanted to use the mobile app or web eventually discovering i had to be directly infront of the thermostat or vice-versa. We've had the unit for several seasons and honestly cost savings compared to our older thermostat shows no difference. We upgraded our AC/Furnace to a high efficiency unit a year before we got the ecobee.
