  They move around in my mouth a lot, which can wake me up when I'm trying to adjust the guard. Also if they're not on correctly they can irritate my gums. For disposable mouth guards, they seam to be good quality, but you have to change them every 3 days. I would also suggest rinsing them under water to keep them clean, before putting the guard in the packet.. I don't know what to call it.
  How ever I do find that I'm clenching my teeth less often. and nice package design too.
