  *update below. I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue with a refund. Although we wanted to really love the product i'm pleased with the service I received. hopefully it was just bad luck.
  
  I ordered this set for my wife who is a practicing acupuncturist and uses cupping as part of her treatment. When we tested the kit , the cups did not hold suction, I would say 90% of the cups either didn't hold or lost suction within 60 secs. It was also difficult to pull the pump out of the cup nipples after inflating. We're not sure if the kit needs to be "broken" in but we have multiple cupping kits (not this particular brand) that work as expected on first use, so we do not think this is the case. ALSO you cannot return this kit for a refund! So be cautious on all these great reviews.
