  These mats are fantastic for a smoker. They fit the Bradley Racks, which is the reason I bought them. It's super convenient to prep food in the house on the racks, and just carry it to the smoker. Being non-stick, I don't need to prep the rack too. They also ensure that nothing slips through the holes in the racks. I also have a pellet smoker, and these are just as convenient as with the cabinet smoker. You can use them on their own on the smoker grill, but I usually use them with the Bradley racks, even on my Green Mountain Grill. Great for meats and large pieces that would easily fit on the rack, but also great for stuff that would fall through - mushroooms, pretzels (yeah, smoked pretzels are amazing!), jerky, etc. They should be standard with any Bradley smoker, and highly recommended for any other smoker too.
