  It arrived squished and flattened and took a while to shape into a bag-like form with the help of a hairdryer on LOW heat setting. Not sure if the manufacturer would recommend that but it worked. It isn’t the prettiest bag but it’s sturdy, not too expensive and well-designed to carry everything we need to bring to football games under the new rules. We’ll see how it looks at the end of the season.
