  This works well altho it is pretty large for a smaller roast or chicken. For a turkey dinner with lots of gravy it is real good. The only disappointment is there was a hairline crack in the bottom of it where the hole is right out of the box. It didn't seem worth returning and so far it still works fine and doesn't leak. So I just kept it and use it.
