  I'm right-handed but I bought this to balance out the clicking wear & tear. Sadly, it is:
  
  (1) too big and therefore defeats the entire purpose of it being ergonomic. For reference, I'm 5'7 and my hands are not small.
  
  (2) the scrolling ball doesn't work half the time and the mouse pointer itself lags. It says compatible with mac but I don't think it is because these are both known incompatibility issues that these products have with macs. The other options for left-handed wireless mouse are all honest in their warnings. This one was not.
