  We bought this griddle to replace our George Foreman grill. This is smaller, more impact, but has a few additional perks. I like that the fat drip collector is hidden and neatly collects the drips. The other grill we had came with a little plastic container that you had to strategically place under the machine and got forgotten or spilled a number of times. I like that the griddle can be taken off to clean. So much easier than scraping and trying to keep the electrical away from the sink. I also like that we can cook chicken breasts, steak and hot dogs on the griddle, but also switch out the plates for a waffle pattern. Great little product that doesn't take up too much storage room
