- Reviewed in Canada on March 5, 2025Quick and easy install, and the range is fantastic. I can go out into the yard and still stay connected. Install was simple in my tower computer. Another review said that it automatically disabled the onboard Bluetooth but I didn't find that. There was a conflict. You may have to go into the Device Manager and right click on the onboard Bluetooth Adapter (mine was the Media Tek) and select disable. Do not uninstall. Then power down the computer, plug in the Adapter and the Real Tek 5.3 Adapter will work. Very happy with the adapter so far. Not sure why it gets poor reviews for breaking easily, once set you shouldn't need to touch it.
