  The front two arms can swing out while the device is being used and fall off the toilet, causing a fall.
  
  The diameter of the holes where the toilet seat bolts have to go through is also too small for Bemis toilet seats and requires field modification.
  
  This is an overall dangerous and poorly designed safety device which could cause injury. Avoid at all costs.
