  I bought this as a soup or stew thermos for my husband to take to work. He likes it. Says liquids stay hot if I preheat the thermos with boiling water first. The lid has a good seal. Cleans up easily. Lightweight doesn't take up much room in his lunch cooler. I don't think it's insulated but it keeps liquid hot enough for 6-8 hours if you preheat it. He says the spork is too small so he brings a large spoon from kitchen.
