  It is quite hard and sticky so it creates a solid zero clearance for your saw. However the tape is quite tick and it makes the sliding wood stop as it slides over the saw. If you are not careful it may lead to kick back. Plus due to this contact the tape sides come off in a few days as you use it over time.
