Pros:
It pairs easily with multiple devices via Bluetooth e.g. Cisco VOIP work phone, mobile phone and laptop. Note: only two devices can be connected at one time. The best feature of this headset over others is the dedicated mute button. I'm constantly in work conference calls and use the mute button often so that I don't need to run back/forth between my laptop or cell phone to mute/unmute.
In fact, you can handle all call functions without needing to using another device at all: vol -/+, pickup/hangup and mute. This is very handy especially when you need to move between locations. There's no need to touch your phone (less distractions) since all the buttons are within reach of your ear.
Cons:
The battery life is about 5 hours talk time. It's not a lot (my old but large headset with mute button lasted for days). So I turn it off between meetings. Fortunately, it charges from empty within the hour. It uses a micro-USB charging port so not USB-C nor magnetic charging. So I bought an micro-USB to USB-C convertor so I don't need to use a different cable from my phone.
